Nominations for Boroondara Crossing Supervisor of the Year

The School Crossing Supervisor of the Year award aims to acknowledge the contribution and dedication the Crossings Supervisors provide, by maintaining and providing a safe and enjoyable journey to and from school.

The School Crossing Supervisor of the Year award nominees will be judged based on the following:

• Welcoming, caring, supportive, and encouraging to all users of the school crossing
• Helpful – Informative and clear on correct use of the crossing
• Involvement in the school community
• Punctuality

We would like to request your support in spreading the word about this event to the school community. All teachers, school staff, parents, and children are eligible to nominate a nominee. To nominate a School Crossing Supervisor nominator will need to write a letter/ email describing why they think their school crossing supervisor should win this award and email it to: schoolcrossings@boroondara.vic.gov.au. 

The letter/email needs to state the name of the school crossing supervisor, the school name, the street name of the crossing, and the nominator's name. Nominations will be closed by the 31st of October 2024.
