Monsters have taken over the Art Room!!! 

The Foundation students have had so much fun learning how to make pom-poms and then turn them into monsters. First, they had to wind colourful yarn around and around their loom, the more yarn they could wind, the puffier their pom pom would be. The yarn was then cut away from the loom leaving a hairy pom pom. The students cut out heart shapes from foam for the feet, pipe cleaners and pom poms became antennas and noses.

 Once the pom pom monsters were finished the students drew their monster in their Visual Art diaries, and collaborated on a group drawing of the monsters.
