State Senior Boys AFL

On Tuesday 20th August our Senior Boys AFL team played at the SSV State Quarter Finals in Mont Albert. Unfortunately for us, Frankston got the upper hand early and were able to win comfortably, ending our State Footy campaign.

I’d like to take this time to thank all of our Year 12 students for their time representing the College for AFL, some have played school footy for Wantirna since Year 7 and have made some significant contributions.

Regardless of the results, the boys should be proud of their efforts to make the State Quarter Finals and being in the top 8 teams in the State.
