Classes from K to 10 have been learning about the events of Holy Week as we approach the remembrance of the death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The Year 9 and 10 Art elective class created a reflective performance art, a 'tableaux vivant' (living picture) of the Last Supper.
1M students drew images of the Last Supper after being read the account from scripture.
Holy Trinity School is taking part in Caritas Australia’s Big Water Walk. We will hold our BIG WALK FOR WATER this Friday, 11 April.
Classes will walk laps of the back oval in solidarity for millions of people who walk more than 30 minutes just to collect clean water. The walk will bring awareness to students and the money being raised will help support those who don't have easy access to clean water.
On Friday 11 April, students may wear
plain clothing for the walk, ensuring they have joggers on please.
Join us in supporting Caritas Australia's Project Compassion to Unite Against Poverty andempower people living in poverty worldwide. Millions struggle daily for basic needs like clean water, healthcare, and shelter. This initiative highlights the challenges faced by communities worldwide who lack access to clean water. Your support helps provide essential resources, restoring dignity, resilience, and hope. Every dollar makes a lasting impact.
We invite you to support our students by sponsoring their walk. Donations can be made in two ways:
Cash donation – Ask for donations, fill in the sponsorship form and return it with the donations by Thursday, 10 April.
Every donation made by family and friends, big or small, makes a difference in providing life-changing support to those in need. Thank you for your generosity and for walking alongside us in the fight against poverty! Together, we can make a real impact. There is a note which will go home today with further information and how to write up the sponsorship.

As we approach the school holidays, we also journey together through the sacred time of Holy Week — a time to reflect on the life, death, and Resurrection of Jesus. Although we won’t be at school during this time, we carry the hope and joy of the Risen Christ with us into the holiday break.
Holy Week reminds us of God’s deep love for us, shown through Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, and the promise of new life that Easter brings. May this Easter season be a time of peace, renewal, and gratitude for all our families.
From all of us at Holy Trinity School, we wish you and your loved ones a Happy and Holy Easter!
An Easter Prayer
Loving God,
As we walk through Holy Week and prepare for Easter, open our hearts to the mystery of your love. Help us to live with faith, hope, and joy, remembering that new life comes through your Son. Bless our school community over the holidays, and bring us back together safely. Amen.
Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Easter, God Bless
