ASESSMENT SCHEDULE

Year 12 Essential English and Essential Maths classes will sit the statewide Common Internal Assessment early Term 2 (May 1 and 2). These are external exams set by the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority and all Essential Maths & English students are required to sit these exams on the selected dates. 

QCAA REGISTRATION FOR YEARS 11 & 12 

All Year 11 and 12 students should by now have registered for the QCAA student portal on the myQCE website (https://myqce.qcaa.qld.edu.au/your-qce-pathway/student-portal-and-learning-account ). They also should have completed the Academic Integrity Course in the Online Learning section. This will become a pre-requisite of the QCE.  

YEAR 12 FIRST AID COURSE 

All year 12 students and parents have recently been sent an email regarding an opportunity to complete a First Aid and Safety course that also attains 2 QCE points. Registrations require the $75 fee to be paid by May 8. This course is strongly encouraged as the qualifications are well regarded and the QCE points may be useful, especially for students that are at risk of failing a subject. Please check your emails for a detailed letter.
