Westgrove students have been busy with their work towards our Library Champs competition. They have been using before school borrowing more than ever before. (available from 8:45am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday). 

A big congratulations to 4H for being the winning class in the last fortnight. They have focused on bringing their book bag to school each day and keeping our library clean and tidy. 

National Simultaneous Storytime 2024

Westgrove students participated in National Simultaneous Storytime on Wednesday 22nd May. This is an event held each year where schools all around Australia read a chosen story at the same time and complete activities. This year, we read 'Bowerbird Blues' by Aura Parker. Students loved learning about the Bowerbird and their unusual taste for all things blue.
