Exciting Experiments in Biological Science
Over the past few weeks, our students have been diving into the fascinating world of Biological Science through a variety of engaging experiments.
F/1/2 Class: Our youngest scientists embarked on a Playground Safari, exploring and discovering the diverse wildlife in our school environment. They had a fantastic time learning about the different creatures they encountered.
Grade 3/4 Classes: These students took their learning a step further by classifying a range of animals. They have also started discussing their exciting Science Project, which will be unveiled at the end of the term.
Grade 5/6 Classes: Our senior students have been studying how animals adapt to different environments. Recently, they conducted an intriguing experiment to understand how bears stay warm with blubber. By using water, ice, and gloves to simulate blubber, they experienced firsthand how this adaptation helps bears survive in cold climates. The experiment was both fun and educational!
Keep an eye out for more exciting updates from our Science classes!
