Term 1, Week 8

On Wednesday March 5, all the Preps went to Cultural Lunch Day. We had lemon myrtle tea and lamingtons from Australia. There was food from other places like, pizza from Italy, shortbread from Scotland and coconut. There were spring rolls from China and sushi and seaweed from Japan. Some children tried the dates. After all that food we had strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream in a weird cone. Some of our families came to help. We all had a good day together. It was yummy!
