Dear Families,
As you can see from the list of upcoming events outlined above, we have a busy schedule planned until the end of this term, followed by an equally busy start to Term 2. I would like to take this opportunity to remind families of the importance of budgeting for these activities. Proper planning will help ensure a smoother experience for both students and parents alike.
There are several ways you can prepare both yourself and your child for these events. A key strategy is to maintain a family calendar and review it daily. This will help everyone stay informed about upcoming commitments. Additionally, setting aside dedicated time to plan for the week ahead and organizing yourself for the term will assist in making sure that both budgeting and preparation are managed effectively.
For larger expenses, such as school camps, we aim to give families as much notice as possible. As part of this effort, you would have already received an expression of interest form for this year’s camps for students in Years 3-6. These forms are available via Compass INSIGHT and are essential for us to determine the number of participants and to accurately cost the camps. We encourage you to complete this expression of interest promptly by 02/04/2025.
Another important way to manage payments and stay ahead of costs is through convenient payment options. We offer direct debit payment plans, which allow you to spread payments across the year in a manner that suits your family’s budget. If you would like to explore this option, please do not hesitate to contact our finance office, where our team will be happy to assist in setting up a payment plan tailored to your needs.
By planning ahead, staying organized, and taking advantage of the payment options available, we can ensure that the upcoming term is both enjoyable and financially manageable for all families.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.
