Carlsruhe Country Fair

Our highly anticipated Carlsruhe Country Fair is only three months away!
We have lots of wonderful things organised but are calling on the school community to help.
Here’s a list of things you can do over the holidays to assist:
Mystery Jars
One of our most popular stalls is our Mystery Jar Stall. Kids love attending this stall and buying small jars of knick-knacks that will keep them entertained for hours!
Over the holidays why don’t you get together some clean jars and tidy the house of all those small things you no longer need. Buttons, Lego, erasers, ooshies, etc. The list is limitless.
Garden Stall Items
As the weather warms up, now is the time to get all those seedlings planted.
We are seeking all types of plants including vegetables, succulents, perennials, and annuals. Get the kids out in the sunshine and spend some time together while helping a good cause!
Start thinking about how you can volunteer on the day.
In Term 4, a sign-up sheet will be circulated to families to sign up to help run the stalls. We are hoping to have all timeslots covered prior to the day.
Put the call out to friends, grandparents, other relatives or even your neighbour and see if they are willing to help on the day. It’s bound to be a day full of fun, so share it with those close to you!
Coffee Label Competition
Entry forms will be sent home this term for our Carlsruhe Coffee Blend Label Competition.
Get the kids to put on their thinking caps and produce a cool design they think will be perfect for the front of our coffee blend, specially made for the Carlsruhe Fair.
Entries close Tuesday 8th October.
