Membership 

While we have maintained a steady increase in membership, I encourage you to continue promoting the APF’s work to attract new members and strengthen the collective voice of school leaders. Despite the Federation's participation in numerous forums since its inception, there are still many school leaders unaware of our role and purpose. Additionally, some Assistant Principals mistakenly believe the APF is exclusively for Principals. 

Reaching out to these potential members is crucial if we are to further expand our membership and enhance the influence we have worked hard to establish. Growing our membership will ensure we can better advocate for the needs and concerns of all school leaders.
