Talking to your child about suicide

With the recent large media coverage of Troy and Adam Selwood, your child may reach out with questions around suicide.  Being open and honest around these serious mental health issues within family conversations is paramount, as children will inevitably find information elsewhere.  Some websites that may support you if needed:
