 Reports and PT Interviews 

Our teachers have been busy assessing our students in preparation for writing our mid-year progress reports. These reports are designed to provide families with information regarding their child's  academic social and emotional progress. These reports will be made available via Xuno to families on Monday June 30th. We are offering families a chance to come and discuss their child's progress and report at a Parent/Teacher Conference on Wednesday July 2nd. Bookings for the conferences are essential and can be booked via Xuno. This year our Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held in the morning (both before and during school time) and again in the afternoon (after lunchtime and into the late afternoon). The teachers are not available for Conferences during the middle of the day due to teaching commitments.

Information Morning

We are hosting an information morning for families of potential 2026 Preps. This will take place on Wednesday June 25th at 9am. There will be a short presentation and information session in the Prep room and an opportunity to meet key staff and ask questions. We will then also conduct a short tour of the school. Enrolment packs will be available on the day. If you have any questions about this session or are unable to make it but would still like some information/enrolment pack, please contact the office. 

 

School Council

Our next School Council meeting is on Tuesday June 17th. It will be held via Webex and commence at 7pm. There will be no one at the school for this meeting and councillors are asked to make arrangements to join the meeting online rather than in person. Please let myself or Lisa Lind know if you are an apology for this meeting.

Our first meeting for Term 3 is on Tuesday August 19th and this will be an in person meeting held at the school at 6pm

 

End of Term Celebration

 

Our Parents and Friends Committee are hosting a Movie Night for all of our students. It will be on the last Thursday of Term 2 (July 3rd). This year there will be two movies, depending on a student's year level they will either attend for the first session or the second session. Students are not permitted to stay for both sessions. Dinner will be served after the junior movie has been shown and before the Year 3- 6 students commence their movie. Please make sure you have let us know if your child/ren are coming by purchasing on QKR so we can organise catering.
