Performance Times

Doors Open

The doors to the PAC will be opened to our audience at 6.15pm for the evening performances, 5.15pm for the twilight performance and 1.30pm for the matinee. 

Students need to arrive at their designated area (refer to following pages for specific year levels) at the indicated times and will be supervised by their class teachers until they are required to take their places. 

Parking

During the day, parking will be street parking only (London Road, Budapest Road and Campus Drive) and from 1.15pm, the Nativity car park will be available. For those attending the matinee performance, cars need to leave this cark park by 3.00pm at the latest. In the evenings, the Nativity, Preschool, and Staff car parks will all be available. A torch may be helpful. 

Costume Arrangements

• All costumes should now be at school.
• Tuesday afternoon - costumes will be sent home so students can wear their costume to the performance on Tuesday night.
• Tuesday evening – costumes must be left at home in readiness to wear to Wednesday evening’s performance.
• Wednesday evening - costumes must be left at home in readiness to wear to Thursday evening’s performance. 
• Costume components supplied from school remain at school after each performance, ready for the start of the next performance.

On Tuesday 25th June (Week 9) and Tuesday 2nd July (Week 10), children are asked to wear their sports uniform to make costume changing for the dress rehearsal and matinee easier. It would be helpful in the evenings for students to wear slip on shoes to performances (slippers are acceptable). Shoes and jackets etc will be removed and stored in the student drop off/collection locations.

Lunch Orders

Please note, on Tuesday 2nd July, students will be eating their lunch earlier in the day and will not be able to order their lunch from the canteen.

Recording of the Musical

A recording of the Musical will be made available free of charge after the event. Photos are also being taken.

Thursday Night – Parent Help with Pack-Up

If you are please able to give us a quick hand at the conclusion of the Thursday performance that would be excellent. You could assist by placing all chairs, stacked against the sides of the auditorium.
