Aussie Sports Expo

The Aussie Sports Expo is an event held for students in Year 5 & 6 across the Upper Yarra schools.  The students are grouped in squads of 20 with 5,6 or 7 students from different schools.  Throughout the day, each squad trialed four sports.

"Aussie sport was so much fun. We did cycling, lawn balls, hockey and fun fit diablo. My favorite sport was cycling. It was really fun!" Hudson T

"On Friday the 5/6s went to the Yarra Centre for Aussie Sports Day.

There were sports such as frisbee, lawn bowls, archery, softball, cycling, athletics and so much more.

We all had a great time and so much fun and I just want to thank Mr Foley for putting us in it." Harry L

"On Friday at Aussie Sports my group did netball, basketball, frisbee and cycling. The people in my group were Harper, Marley, Clara, Jack and Fynn. My favourite sport was basketball."  Maggie B
