MATHS ALL AROUND US!

Maths is all around us and in everything we do. Think of how much maths you have used today, from setting an alarm at the correct time, using a thermometer to ensure your meat is cooked through, working out what time to leave home to collect the kids on time from school, to estimating how much your shop was. 

The more we speak to our children about these incidental mathematical experiences, the more they see the value in learning these concepts at school.
