Grade 1 We Have Taken Our Maths Lessons To The Streets of Rowville! 

Maths On The Move 

Session 2 and Session 3 

Last Term, the Grade 1 students were engaged in Mathematical investigations in the nearby park of Arcadia Recreation Reserve, outside the school gates and at the local Milk Bar. For session two we focused on addition and for our last session we worked on our subtraction skills.

The Grade One students enjoyed working in small groups alongside their teacher, the School Maths Leader and our wonderful families to find opportunities to demonstrate their estimation and counting skills. 

A HUGE thank you to all the families who joined us for Maths On The Move Around Town last term, the students were so excited to be learning alongside you.
