Quirindi Zone Athletics Carnival

The Quirindi Zone Athletics Carnival will be held at the Tamworth Athletics Dome on Thursday, 1st August.  (Week 2).  We wish all of our competitors the best of luck as they compete for a spot in the New England Northwest Team.

NAIDOC Cup

Congratulations to Willow Tree PS who won the Naidoc Cup at Wallhollow Public School in Week 10 of last term.  Both Werris Creek teams played well with one of our teams making the Grand Final.  We would also thank our Parents/Carers for their assistance in transporting our students to the game.  

Small Schools Soccer Knockout Competition

Selected students from Yrs 3-6 will compete in Gunnedah against Boggabri Public School this Friday, 26th July in the Small Schools Soccer Knockout Competition.  Good Luck team.

If your child is in Years 5 and 6 and has an interest in participating in any PSSA sporting activities, they will be given a note to fill in and return.  Please note that all notes must be submitted by the due date as late entries will not be accepted.
