Aspirant Leaders

Dear students and the school community, 

We are the year 8 Aspirant Leaders! 

Introducing our Salvation Army fundraiser to our school is an exciting opportunity to help those in need. In each of the sub-schools, the front office and the senior school, you will find donation boxes. We’ve added these donation boxes to collect supplies/items for donating to the Salvation Army. 

Giving back to those in need, or those struggling financially is a great idea, and we thought it would be a wonderful way to give back. We strive to give back to the community in a way that spreads kindness throughout the world. We think this will benefit the school by demonstrating an act of kindness, which will increase students' positive outlook. Acts of kindness have a profound impact on not only our mental health but on our physical health as well. 

The items that have been donated will be collected and put in bags and transported to the salvation army so there will be more room for people to donate. During Spring school holidays there will be a great opportunity for you to spring clean and bring anything you feel you don’t need anymore and bring it to donate!
