Dear Parents and Carers,

Cup of Tea After Assembly - September 5 

Parents and friends are warmly invited to join us for a cup of tea/coffee after assembly from 10:00am - 10:30am on September 5. This tradition was a much-loved part of our community before the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are excited to bring it back on a termly basis. It’s a simple but valuable way to connect with other parents, share conversation, and strengthen the sense of community that makes Sacred Heart so special.

Sickbay Passes Update

As of Thursday, 28 August, we have introduced a new digital sickbay pass system. Instead of the old “pink slip” paper notifications, families will now receive an email notification when their child visits the sickbay. Emails are sent to the address linked to the student’s PAM account. If you have any questions after receiving this email please contact the front office. 

This change ensures quicker communication with families and reduces our reliance on paper slips.

Father’s Day Stall

A big “Thank you” to Louise D and her team for preparing this year’s Father’s Day gift boxes. The purchase of gifts will take place on Thursday and Friday of this week. Parents are asked to send along $5 (correct money please) on one of these days so that the children may purchase something special for Dad.

Happy Father’s Day on Sunday to all our dads and other notable male figures.
