Stress, Worry or Anxiety?

 

Kids Helpline have some wonderful resources available online. This week I’m sharing a simple flowchart about stress, worry and anxiety. This could be a helpful tool if your child is experiencing one of these emotions. But always remember to seek professional help if needed.
