Loddon Prison Seedlings

We have a community partnership with Loddon Prison who provide us with seedlings throughout the year. 

This week one of our Green Gurruk Grandparents volunteered to help our Gr 4 Green Magpies plant the seedlings in our vegie gardens. Thanks Miggy for your time and expertise.

National Recycling Week

This week is National Recycling Week, so we registered for an online webinar titled 'Can You Recycle a School'. The session where our Green Magpie students volunteered their whole lunchtime to learn more about recycling, which was provided by Planet Ark.

2024.....looking forward

We are now in a maintenance phase now where the Green Magpies are sustaining our current projects such as the vegie gardens, bird baths, watering the trees and bush tucker. We are looking forward and starting to plan for our focus projects in 2024. Happy to consider any suggestions from our school community.
