  • Yr. 6 Surfing Day @ Shoreham ~ Thursday 16th November (selected Yr. 6 students)
  • Foundation – Yr. 2 House Sports @ Milgate PS ~ Wednesday 22nd November ~ 9:15am – 10:30am (all F – Yr. 2 students)
  • Yr. 4 Bike Ed Program ~ Monday 27th November - Friday 1st December (all Yr. 4 students)

EASTERN REGION ATHLETICS

On Thursday 19th October we were lucky enough to have 12 students represent Milgate PS at the Eastern Region Athletics Championships at Doncaster Athletics Track. The following students competed in a variety of events, this is an outstanding effort by them all, as it places them in the top athletics in Eastern Region. (400 + schools)

  • Evelyn K ~ 9/10yr Girls Discus (5th), Long Jump (11th) & 4 x 100m Circular Relay (6th).
  • Romayne C ~ 9/10yr Girls 4 x 100m Circular Relay (6th).
  • Olivia G ~ 9/10yr Girls 4 x 100m Circular Relay (6th).
  • Chloe M ~ 9/10yr Girls 4 x 100m Circular Relay (6th).
  • Harper H ~ 11yr Girls 80m Hurdles (1st), 200m (1st) & 4 x 100m Circular Relay (4th).

A huge congratulations to all our students that competed at EMR Aths, they did an outstanding job and should be proud of everything they have achieved. I would like to take the time to wish Harper H and Max P all the best at SSV State Athletics on Wednesday 1st November at Lakeside Athletics Track. We really look forward to hearing how you perform in your events.
