9 Fast Fabulous Feasts

This week, the year 9 Fast Fabulous Feast classes, finalised their Design Brief CAT, by producing an item for their Fast Fabulous Feast. 

The students worked independently to prepare and cook their chosen recipe, presenting small portions using sustainable packaging. 

The assessment showcased not only their advanced cooking skills, but also their understanding of the design process and understanding  

of sustainability.  Students chose a wet or dry cooking method and included one seasonal fruit or vegetable, a garnish and another ingredient from  

our kitchen garden.  The finished products displayed a variety of appealing sensory properties and were showcased in a grazing table.
