Remembrance Day Assembly

Last week, Girton Grammar marked Remembrance Day with a special assembly for both our Junior and Senior Schools. It was a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by so many and to honour their courage and service. 

Visit from Kinja's Ron Murray and Sarah James

Kinja’s Ron Murray and Sarah James visited Girton yesterday to share their powerful journey of connection through music with our Year 7 and 8 students. They spoke about First Nations music and history, focusing on Ron’s own life as a Wamba Wamba man and the unique path he and Sarah have taken together – two people from different cultures united through the healing power of song.
