It has been busy couple of weeks with lots of things on for the MLC and nothing is going to change as we power through to the end of the year. 

Christmas Craft:

Next week we are creating nativity scenes in our art lessons. If you have a box, like a shoe box, we would really appreciate if you could send it in to school with your child. 

Cricket Clinic Monday:

On Monday we are lucky enough to be participating in a cricket clinic at school ran by Cricket Australia. We ask that your child please wear their sports uniform on Monday 2/12/2024. 

Wonder: 

During Week 10 on Thursday the 12th of December, we will be watching the movie Wonder to wrap up our Text Based Unit on the book Wonder. This movie is rated PG. If you have any concerns or do not wish for your child to watch the movie, please contact your child's classroom teacher. 

Social Skills:

Over the past couple of weeks during the RRRR's students have been developing their social and teamwork skills. Students have had lots of fun mixing with different peers and coming up with strategies to work as a team to achieve a common goal. 

Boats-Science:

Thank you for your support and the resources that were brought in from home to assist the students in building their boats. The students learnt many lessons in what makes a good boat and what doesn't... We had lots of fun experimenting with the students to see whose boat was the most successful in the MLC.
