Year 4
James Sadler (Team Leader), Eli Dahlenburg, Alistair Straughan, Vivian Nguyen
The Grade 4 students are back into the swing of things as we head into the last term of the year with our Inquiry focus of the Great Barrier Reef. Congratulations to our students who competed in the Whitehorse Division Athletics (Nate and Katherine) and well done to the 10 Year Boys Relay Team (Ian, Isaiah and Jonathan), who have qualified for the Eastern Region Athletics Carnival.
Students have been working hard for the past fortnight on learning new elements for a persuasive piece of writing, and consolidating their knowledge on multiplication, including learning new strategies for solving trickier questions. Students have also been studying statistics, by gathering information and presenting in different ways, including line graphs.

BOOK FAIR
Next week is the School Book Fair in the Library, where students are able to purchase new books. All classes have visited the Library to see what is available and they may bring home a wish list of items. These will be available to buy at the beginning of next week.
An email was sent out to all families with the details of how and when to purchase items from the stock available. It is attached again here for your convenience. If you are interested, please click on the link:
