Group 9 

In the first two weeks of Term 4, Group 9 has been diving into fun and exciting new content! Our term learning focus has taken us “under the sea”, where we’ve been exploring ocean life and practicing lots of new ocean-themed vocabulary. We absolutely love learning about the animals that live in the ocean. We’ve even made some creative crafts to go along with it, like shark headbands and colourful jellyfish! We used our fine motor skills to carefully cut out the tentacles of our jellyfish and to paste together our headbands. Throughout the term we will continue to explore the ocean and all it has to offer! 

In addition, we have been enjoying new parts of the STEM classroom like building and creating with blocks and LEGOs. One of the highlights has been welcoming some adorable new baby chicks! We love to use our science skills by observing the chicks! We love seeing how much they have grown each day.  

It's been a fantastic and hands-on start to the term!
