Welcome back to the 2026 Arts Program! We’re excited to dive into another year of creativity, exploration, and making across the Arts.

Snapshot of Term 1- The Arts

Foundation to Year 2

Visual Arts- Students will be exploring drawing techniques and revisiting elements of the Arts.

Performing Arts: Students will be exploring a range of dance practices. 

Year 3 & 4

Visual Arts: Students will be exploring the artwork of Friedensreich Hundertwasser and creating an inspired piece of artwork.

Year 5 

Visual Arts: Exploring the artwork of Romeo Britto and creating an artwork based on Romeo Britto’s style.

Year 6

Performing Arts: Students will be exploring improvising Drama. 

* A quick reminder for all students to bring in their labelled art smocks for use during lessons. These will be stored in the classrooms on days we need them. Having smocks ready helps protect uniforms and allows students to fully engage in hands-on, sometimes messy, creative processes.
