Grade 5/6s Urbn Surf

Our grade 5/6’s had their Water Safety Program excursion at Urbnsurf in Tullamarine this week.

Students were educated on a series important aquatic modules including:

-Rips, Tides and Currents

-Aquatic Safety Awareness

-Rescue, Survival, Boogie board and Surf skills.

They also practised their CPR skills on a mannequin and rode some waves in the wave pool on a boogie board and surfboard.
