Food Tech

Over the past two weeks, our Year 10 Food Studies students have been building strong foundations in food safety, hygiene and healthy eating. They explored the importance of safe food handling practices and how to make informed, nutritious food choices.
Students then applied this knowledge in the kitchen, preparing Gnocchi Caponata and a vibrant Spanish Paella. It has been wonderful to see them working collaboratively, demonstrating safe practices, and developing their confidence and practical skills.
