7 Ephrem Study Dorrington Park

Year 7 Geographers are studying place and liveability in Term 1. An in-school excursion was organised to Dorrington Park, with the goal being to help young learners conceptualise the complex ideas at the heart of liveability. 7 Ephrem were the first class to take part, using qualitative and quantitative tools to collect data on the current state of the Dorrington. Students will now use their results to evaluate the effectiveness of the park in meeting the needs of the Ashgrove community.

Ephrem class conducted themselves in an excellent manner, and the Humanities department now looks forward to the other Year 7 Geography classes conducting their excursions next week.
