Club Purpose and Values

Thank you to everyone who completed our recent survey, which has greatly assisted the committee in finalising the Club’s Purpose and Values. The committee has worked closely with Carlos and thoughtfully considered your valuable feedback, and we are proud to present the updated RSC Purpose and Values to our members.

These principles will be at the forefront of all decisions the committee makes moving forward, and we are excited to see them embedded in our club’s culture. Together, they will help us create the best possible environment for our swimmers, families, staff, and volunteers.
