Matthew 25:40 Program - Year 10 Immersions

Our Year 10 students have been enjoying a range of activities this week as they participated in their immersions throughout the state. We have had 160 students serving clients with disabilities or the homeless, rehabilitating a rainforest, learning from elders at sacred sites and serving alongside Aboriginal students in remote communities.

It has been heartening to see the program spread its wings and have both students and staff witness the face of God in their neighbour, each other, and in creation.  It is a joy that we are collectively struggling to find words to express.

I thank the college Mission Team and our incredible staff who have so generously given of their time and efforts to get this enormous enterprise off the ground and be so successful. 

1 Peter 4:10 Christmas Appeal

Through our 1 Peter 4:10 Christmas Appeal, our College community has shared God’s grace with others - through simple, generous acts which have brought hope and dignity to those in need.

Thank you to each family and student who so generously provided a hamper or gift in support of this appeal.

The gifts have been handed out this week at the Year 10 immersions and all recipients were extremely grateful for the support and love we have shown them.
