New Sentral Feature for absence requests

Sentral has developed a new feature for parents

Parents can now submit timed absence requests such as late arrivals and early departures directly through the Parent Portal and App. Previously, only full-day absences could be lodged, which often caused inconvenience for families and additional follow up. This enhancement provides clearer, more accurate attendance information and reduces the need for manual adjustments.

When entering an absence, choose late or early as the option and enter the time and reason for the absence.

Students are still required to check in at Student Reception upon arrival at the College. Early leavers will still require a ‘leave slip’ which will be processed by Student Management after parents have notified the College via the Parent Portal.

Optional Parent/Teacher Interviews

There is an opportunity for parent/teacher interview, if required, from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm on Tuesday 2 December.  Please contact the individual teacher to arrange a suitable time.
