Clothing Return
If any student in Year 5 and 6 has a school football jumper, netball lycra or a basketball top in their cupboard, can they please return it to the office as soon as possible.
Year 5/6 Swimming Program
Our students in Year 5 and 6 will attend swimming lessons at Bluewater from Monday 8th, Wednesday 10th, Thursday 11th, Friday 12th, and Monday 15th December. Lessons will take place between 11:30am – 2:30pm. Swimming is part of the school curriculum, so it is important that all the students support this program.
Students will be walking to the pool. We do need parents to assist with walking the students to Bluewater and back. Can you please indicate on PAM if you can help?
The timetable for swimming is as follows:
- 11:30 am – 12:00 noon – Year 6TR
- 12:00 noon – 12:30 pm – Year 6SF
- 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm – Year 6KT
- 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm – Year 5DC
- 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm – Year 5MC
- 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm – Year 5DC

Name: Isaac (Yr 6SF)
1. What sports do you play? The sports I play are football, tennis and cricket.
2. Which sport is your favourite to play? My favourite sport to play is cricket.
3. Why is this your favourite sport? Cricket is my favourite sport because I have played it for a long time.
4. What is your proudest sporting moment? My proudest sporting moment was when I took my first wicket in cricket.
5. What are your strengths that help you with sport? My strengths in sport is being tall, my strength and my speed.
6. Why do you love playing sports? I love playing sport because it is a great way to fill in your time and it is fun.
7. Who is your favourite sports person? My favourite sports person is Charlie McGuane (my brother)
8. Why are they your favourite? Charlie is my favourite player because he always helps me with my sport and gives me tips on how to improve.
9. What is your favourite sporting team? My favourite sports team is the Irrewarra Cricket Club.
10. How would your coaches and teammates describe you? My coach and team mates would say that I am a good sport and that I work well with my team mates and I am encouraging on the cricket field.

1. What sports do you play? The sports I play are soccer, badminton, tennis and table tennis.
2. Which sport is your favourite to play? My favourite sport to play is soccer.
3. Why is this your favourite sport? Soccer is my favourite sport because it is a team sport not a selfish sport. You have to work together.
4. What is your proudest sporting moment? My proudest sporting moment was when I shot a very impressive goal in soccer at school.
5. What are your strengths that help you with sport? My strengths in sport is my team work skills and the way I can read the play and I am good at persevering with sports.
6. Why do you love playing sports? I love playing sport because I like the physical side of sport, and it keeps me distracted when things can be tough.
7. Who is your favourite sports person? My favourite sports person is Erling Haaland, who plays soccer for Manchester City.
8. Why are they your favourite? Erling is my favourite player because I admire the way he supports the players in his team, and he is a team player.
9. What is your favourite sporting team? My favourite sports team is the Manchester City.
10. How would your coaches and teammates describe you? My coach and team mates would say that I play well, that I am a good finisher in soccer (able to finish off the play with a goal). I am also good a attacking and defending.

1. What sports do you play? The sport I play is dance.
2. Which sport is your favourite to play? My favourite sport to play is dance.
3. Why is this your favourite sport? Dance is my favourite sport because I love to perform in front of an audience.
4. What is your proudest sporting moment? My proudest sporting moment was when I did my first cartwheel on stage.
5. What are your strengths that help you with sport? My strengths in sport is the turns I can do in dance, the cartwheels and my acro skills.
6. Why do you love playing sports? I love playing sport because I like to be active and keep fit.
7. Who is your favourite sports person? My favourite sports person is Bianca P.
8. Why are they your favourite? Bianca is my favourite player because she never gives up and tries her best all the time.
9. What is your favourite sporting team? My favourite sports team is Essendon.
10. How would your coaches and teammates describe you? My coach and team mates would say that I am a good sport who is willing to try new things.
