  • All bookings must be approved by admin before your child can attend.
  • Casual bookings MUST be done before 05:30pm the night before desired session.
  • If bookings are made after this time, we cannot guarantee we have a place for your child in the desired session and may not be able to accept them in the program.

*PLEASE NOTE*

It is imperative that you run SmartCentral using Chrome, Firefox or Safari as your browser. Most versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer do not meet all web standards and some features will not work correctly.

Below are some photos of OSHC to help give you an idea of what OSHC looks like.

Hi to those that I haven't met yet. My name is Alexis Simmonds, but I prefer to be called Lexi and  I am the coordinator of the Outside School Hours Care Program at Ivanhoe Primary. I have worked here as an Educator for 15 years, the last 2 years as the Coordinator, so 17 years roughly. During this time I have been a Primary School teacher, a lecturer (Tutorials) and Placement Teacher at RMIT. I have also been a story teller/comic/music performer although I mostly like to listen to and go to see/hear live music, garden, walk my dogs, crochet and sew in my spare time. I like op shopping and up-cycling clothing too. I make things and repair things for our program too.

No doubt I will meet you soon, if we haven't already?

Welcome to OSHC!

Lexi
