The Social Squad
Hi Everyone,
We are the new fundraising and social team, The SocialSquad. We are excited to take over this role in 2024 and plan some fantastic events for our whole school community! Our goals include:
- Facilitating the formation of new connections
- Nurturing existing relationships and
- Raising funds to support St Brigid’s in making further improvements to the school and enhancing programs for our kids.
For those that don’t know us – a quick introduction (L to R in image below).

Feel free to approach us in the school yard for ideas, feedback or just a chat. Alternatively, you can reach out to your year level Parent Reps, whom we'll introduce in the next newsletter.
Parent Reps
We are super excited to collaborate with the dedicated parent reps. Many have already joined and started planning and the creativity is flowing! If you're interested in becoming a Parent Rep, (we’d especially love a Dad in each year level to help coordinate Dad's nights and we also need more reps for Year 2), then please contact us!
We have a wine and nibbles night scheduled for the new Social Squad Members and Parent Reps - this Friday 2 February at 7.30pm to commence the year and get to know each other, so this is the perfect time to join the team!
