Digital Technology

The 2024 Digital Technology journey has begun and the students of Mackellar have been eager to explore some new areas. 

The Preps have been great identifying Digital Devices, as the Grade 6’s have been looking into the internal components of those same devices. 

The Grade 4’s are being introduced to coding and will be developing their own over the next few weeks. 

Grade 5’s have begun using spreadsheets to collect and validate data, while the Grade 1’s are using Book creator to display work creatively.  

The Grade 3’s are exploring input and output devices and there uses and the Grade 2’s are developing ways to represent data creatively in new and interesting ways.
