Requirements for the start of the year

Stationery Updates

The following information was included in the email regarding stationery last year and is included here as a reminder.

Pencil Cases

Please note students in Year 3 and above need to provide a named pencil case for their child's pens, pencils, etc. This will need to be big enough for their stationery needs please, and not so big as it covers most of their desk!

Bookcover sheets

We will again be using school produced bookcover sheets in 2024. These consist of printed coloured sheets of paper which are slipped inside the clear plastic book covers that are part of your stationery order. Instructions for these school-produced covers are as follows:

  • Year 1 and Year 2: Books are to be kept home for the first week of Term, and bookcover sheets and covering instructions will go home on the first day. Please apply the covers and bring the books to school by Monday of Week 2 (ie by Monday 6th February). All other stationery items should be brought to school unlabelled on the first day of Term.
  • Year 3 to Year 6: Please name all stationery items (books do not need to be named). Bring all stationery on the first day of Term 1. Cover sheets and plastic covers will be applied in class.

PE Uniform Days

Students wear their Campus PE uniform two days each week and formal uniform on the other 3 days. The following days are PE uniform days for each class:

  • Monday - Foundation classes, Year 6
  • Tuesday – Year 3/4S
  • Wednesday –  Year 1/2O, Year 3/4H
  • Thursday – Year 1/2F, Year 5
  • Friday – all classes

Uniform Shop Term Opening Hours

Our uniform supplier, Belgravia Apparel, will be open on Campus during the following hours in term time (please note change of times):

  • Mondays 2 - 4pm
  • Fridays 8.30am - 9.30am.

Note from Uniform Committee

The Uniform Committee apologises for the misunderstanding about Belgravia Apparel's shop options. Campus uniform can be purchased from the uniform outlet onsite on the above days or online. There is not currently an option to purchase or try on Campus uniform items at their Cumberland Park store.

Please remember this is a new supplier and we are still working through different ways of operating from our previous supplier. Belgravia and the Campus Uniform Committee appreciate your patience with the inconvenience that this misunderstanding may have caused.

Please also note that, unfortunately Belgravia are not able to accept any returns of uniform purchased from our previous supplier.

Please remember to set up or update Qkr!

The school and Campus use the Qkr! app for many payments include Canteen orders, P&F payments etc. If you have not already done so, please follow these instructions to instal the app on your phone. Existing parents will need to update their child's class in the app to enable efficient ordering this year.

Sentral Parent Portal

Please check that you are able to sign in to the Sentral Parent Portal and if possible install the Sentral for Parents app on your device. This will be a key form of communication between the school and our families. You can advise about absences, contact staff, view your child's academic reports and be informed of First Aid Room visits.

2024 Permissions

We are asking families to please complete your preferences for communications from the school, emergency contact details and permissions for the year via a Google Form. Please click on the link below to complete details for your family by Friday 9th February.

School Rooms for 2024

Here is a map of the layout of the School for this year.

First Aid Room Linen Helpers

The First Aid Room linen needs to be washed once a week, & we are looking for some extra volunteers to please collect the linen, wash it and return it to school. If we have 10 volunteers, you would only need to do this once per term. Please email the school on pilgrim@pilgrim.sa.edu.au or phone 8270 3033 to offer your help.
