Registration & Receipt upload Online Platform 

Customer registrations and the uploading of receipts will all be live from 7am on March 4th.

 

For those families who may not be tech savvy we have reached out to the platform company and for added support our staff at the Guest Services Desk on level 2 will have the ability upload these receipts for anyone.

Customers will just need to bring their receipts to the Guest Services Desk for processing and will just need to ensure they mention your school for the point allocation.

 

Can people upload receipts on behalf of family members or friends?

Yes, as long as the person uploading has the receipt to upload as proof of purchase and it hasn’t already been submitted then this is ok.

Don’t forget we will also have our bulk receipts box delivered on Monday which can be used to collect receipts from the community.

 

Big schools vs small schools

This competition is an even playing field due to the way the points are processed as outlined below;

Each dollar reordered contributes to the nominated schools total points. The value of each dollar spent is proportionate to the number of children at the school. 

For example $1 = 1 point for a school with 500 students enrolled whilst $1 = 2 points for a school with 250 students enrolled at time of promotion starting. At the end of the promotional period, the top three schools with the most points will win prizes.

The final ranking of each school will be determined by the school’s overall participation in the Promotion (the total number of points allocated will be divided by the number of students enrolled at the school to establish a participation percentage). In the event that two or more schools have earned the same number of total points per student the prize pool will be added together and divided between those schools.
