Parent Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) 

We are looking for any parents interested in joining our PA committee this year!

The Parents Association AGM will be held on Thursday 29th February from 2.00pm – 3.30pm in the Staffroom. All parents and carers are very welcome to attend. 

Parents Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Executive Committee position descriptions:

At the AGM all Executive Committee roles will be declared vacant and open for nomination. You are welcome to either nominate for an executive committee position, nominate as a general PA committee member, or come along to learn more about the PA and potentially help in some capacity. Please see attached a nomination form.

 Easter Raffle Donations

 We are seeking donations for our Annual Easter Raffle.

To cater for all children at our school we welcome all sorts of chocolate eggs, allergy friendly Easter treats (e.g. dairy free, nut free, gluten free, sugar free), new Easter toys, books or activities. Please drop your donations to the office from now until Friday 15th March so we have plenty of items for the prizes. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for supporting this fun Easter activity! All funds raised from the raffle will be spent towards establishing a natural play space to support the development of creative and collaborative play.

HEPS Twilight Sports

Just a reminder to complete the catering expression of interest for the HEPS Twilights Sports night on Friday 15th March by Wednesday 28th February. This will assist us with ordering requirements.

SAVE THE DATE: Wednesday 20th March will be this terms classroom cuisine fundraiser where $1 from every lunch ordered is paid to the school.
