SORA lesson guides
If you’re wondering how to use SORA, the digital library, in your classroom please find some lesson guides for primary and secondary with this link. Using reading as a platform for discussion and reflection can help students build reading skills which are transferable across subjects and promote reading for pleasure as a valuable pastime that will help students continue to build reading skill beyond school.
For new staff and students, or if you would like to offer students a refresher on how to use SORA, this link will take you to a mini, self-paced course, where students can familiarise themselves with the features of the SORA library.
Catholic Learning Online
Keep an eye on the Catholic Learning Online website for the 2024 schedule of learning events which will be released soon.
If you would like to brush up on your online learning skills, please browse the extensive range of webinar recordings for instructional discussions on how to use a wide range of digital tools, such as Lucid, Google Arts and Culture, SeeSaw, Vivi, Minecraft for education, and SORA. You can find the recordings library using this link.
