Brigid House Celebration Day

Brigid House staff and students marked the occasion of St Brigid’s Feast Day, (held on 1 February every year), with a mass at St Mary’s Parish followed by a shared lunch.

Students from both our Brigidine and Kildare campuses gathered to celebrate and pay homage to our patron, St Brigid, who this year commemorates 1500 years of legacy.

The celebration was an opportunity to reflect and find inspiration in the life and teachings of St Brigid while also encompassing our 2024 theme of Hope

Students were asked to write on yellow paper their hope for the year ahead and place it in a jar which will be used as symbolic anchors throughout the year.

A special thanks to Fr Novie who led us for Mass on the day.
