Make It Purple DAY! Friday 1st MARCH

Purple Day is a global event that was formed with the intention to increase worldwide awareness of epilepsy, to dispel myths and fears of this neurological disorder and to reduce the social stigmas many individuals with this condition can face. Mostly we wish to encourage individuals who live with this condition to live full and active lives and provide them with love and support so they can achieve their aims. 

The day annually occurs on March 26th however at LPS this year we are recognising PURPLE DAY on Friday 1st March!

We would encourage everyone to come to school as PURPLE as POSSIBLE to support this important cause and bring along a gold coin donation. All monies raised will be donated to the Epilepsy Foundation of Victoria.
