Always was, always will be

Acknowledgement of Country

'Always was, Always will be' team celebration

We celebrated a fantastic year of action, sharing First Nations perspectives and excellence with our school community. As we say a huge ngoon ngodjin/thank you to Zahara for leading it the past two years, we pass the baton onto Khalissa who was voted in by the team. Everyone is welcome to join us.

Triganin/bye!

Learning on Country

Uncle Glenn Loughrey's piece 'Learning on Country' is now proudly hanging in the front office. We'll feature close up and stories in next year's newsletter. Come for a closer look!

Woiwurrung Word of the Week

We're going to learn body parts now! We have now learnt all the words to a song! Have fun singing it...The Woiwurrung version of Heads, shoulders, knees and toes.

Our Survival Day

Jan 26th, Briars, Mornington Peninsula

A safe space for you, your family and friends to be.

An incredible line up of local artists, experiences, food and market stalls come together to share in the same cause.

26th January is not the date to celebrate. Its the date to practice culture, and learn history.

Our Survival Day 2024’s theme is

KEEP SURVIVING.

Its been a hard year, we aren’t here to sugar-coat it, but we will experience it alongside you.
