SKiPPS Fete - 2nd March!
4 WEEKS UNTIL THE SKiPPS 2024 FETE - SATURDAY MARCH 2ND!
Our 2024 school fete is going to be our best yet.
With rides, entertainment, delicious food and a fully stocked bar we are working hard to ensure it is a wonderful day for our kids, the school and our community.
Here are just some of the things that will be on offer:
- Rides - Enjoy the Giant Slide (back by popular demand), the Cha Cha, Kite Flyer and kids can test their skills at the Rock Climbing Wall.
- Entertainment & Silent Disco - Join Guru Dudu and dance your way around the school with your friends. Silent Disco groups will be available to join every 30 minutes. Or sit back and enjoy performances from the school community and our wonderful Parents Band ‘Parental As Anything 2.0’
- Market Stalls - Get into the spirit with Face painting & tattoo’s, Crazy Hair and try your luck at the infamous Choc Toss
- Sports & Activities - learn some new skills with Sth Melbourne Districts Auskick, Powerhouse Hockey and more.

The School Fete Committee has been working hard to put the fete together – now we need your help too! There are many ways you can help out:

As this is our major fundraiser we need your help to raise the final funds needed to resurface our basketball court this year.
Vouchers & gift baskets are big on the day, families have donated holiday home weekend stays, wonderful artworks, homewares, cafe/dining (always popular!), health/fitness/well-being, kids activities, entertainment/experiences, fashion/beauty, memorabilia.
All contributions are welcome and appreciated.

CAKE COMPETITION - START PLANNING YOUR CREATIONS
We are once again having a SKiPPS Bake Off at the fete, with entries on the theme of ‘Summer’ open to all students. Prizes will be awarded for the best entry in F/1/2/3/4 and 5/6. Students will have the option to either collect their cake after judging or donate for sale at the stall.

TOY STALL COLLECTION
If you have any preloved toys in GOOD condition, we’ll be collecting on Friday 9th & 23rd of February for the Fete Toy Stall! Include puzzles, dress ups, balls, bikes, etc.
We will announce closer to the time where any donations can be dropped off, or contact Anna 0459 358 865.
