To be eligible (refer to Employee Referral Policy):
- The referred candidate must not be previously employed by TTC or a previous temporary worker or contractor working for TTC.
- Referred candidates are considered qualified based on transferable skills and education/work history required for the position.
- Award Payment Schedule Position
Employees are eligible to earn a bonus for successfully referring a candidate.
- Production - $500
- Office - $1,000
- Specialized - $2,000
