Colour Explosion Fun Run is Coming!

Next term, on Thursday 23rd October, we will be holding a Monty’s Colour Fun Run to raise funds to upgrade our playground. This exciting event promises to be a fun-filled afternoon for our students while also supporting an important school project.

A parent letter and sponsorship booklet will be sent home with your child next week, containing all the details about how the fundraiser works and how your family can get involved.

Here are some highlights to look forward to:

• Fundraising is simple! Set up a cybersafe profile page online and share with family and friends to receive donations.
• Student prizes! Students can earn prizes for their fundraising efforts, starting from just $10 raised online.

• Special incentives! The top 5 fundraisers will get the chance to slime some of the teachers and principals on the day!

   

Each student will receive a pair of sunglasses and a headband on the day. Please remember to wear a white shirt (to make the colour pop!) and closed-in shoes. Students will be covered in safe, non-toxic, biodegradable colour powder.

We will also be seeking parent volunteers to help run the event. A link to sign up will be included in the parent letter.
