Maths Week
This week, the College celebrated Maths Week, creating an opportunity to celebrate all things Maths and deepen our students’ love for mathematics across all year levels. Teachers designed lessons that encouraged students to explore mathematical concepts in ways that sparked curiosity, built confidence, and promoted creative problem-solving.
In our all-boys context, we know that many of our learners' flourish when challenged with hands-on, open-ended tasks—especially those that blend healthy competition with opportunities for exploration and discovery. From group challenges to individual investigations, students continue to be immersed in activities that showcase the dynamic and engaging nature of mathematics.
Our staff are committed to continue tailoring their teaching approaches to meet a diverse range of learning styles. Their dedication reinforces the powerful message that mathematical thinking is about more than just numbers—it’s about fostering curiosity, building resilience, and encouraging inquiry. By helping students connect classroom learning with real-life applications, we aim to inspire a lifelong appreciation for mathematics.
We also extend our gratitude to the boys for their enthusiasm, energy, and positive approach to learning. Their curiosity and drive continue to inspire our educators to create meaningful and challenging mathematical experiences that support growth, confidence, and a spirit of discovery.
God Bless,

Year 4 Soccer Carnival
The welcomed sunshine and warmer weather were certainly appreciated by our Year Four students (and spectators) at our Year 4 Soccer Carnival against Aquinas on Thursday. The boys showcased their amazing skills at the carnival, putting into action everything they’ve learned during their Thursday afternoon training sessions. It was fantastic to see their confidence and teamwork shine on the field.
A huge thank you to all the parents who helped manage the teams on the day, our Year 9 students who volunteered their time to referee, and to those who were in attendance to support their son.
